Off-Site Meeting on November 16

Please note:
Our next general meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2004 at 6:30 pm at the Toussaint Teen Center Downtown and not at Kansas City BBQ (we apologize for the misprint in this week’s newsletter).
The TTC is on the corner of 5th and Ash (1440 5th Avenue).

Please remember to bring your food item to share, and remember we are feeding approximately 30 teens!

Join us for our Thanksgiving potluck meeting on November 16th, hosted at the Toussaint Teen Center. We will be conducting our meeting with 30 teens from the center, and having one huge potluck! There are so many things to be thankful for, why not share this time with our new and old friends?

The Rotaract Club of Downtown San Diego has been building a close relationship with the Toussaint Teen Center, which is an organization designed to foster a sense of belonging, competence, and self-esteem to runaway or homeless teenagers in the San Diego area. The TTC is a home where teens find refuge from the streets, attend class, receive counseling and build trust.

Please plan on bringing a side dish, main dish, dessert or beverage to share! Call Andrea Espinoza, Vice President, at 619-921-9422 or e-mail Andrea to find out what food item is needed.
